Machine body:
The construction is based on thick-walled, welded steel plates reinforced with steel profiles, ensuring high stability and durability of the base. Integrated oil and coolant tanks are housed within the frame. The receiving table at the working vise has dimensions of 800x500 mm.
Arm guidance:
Vertical columns are made from carefully selected profile steel. The arm runs on precision roller guides with pre-tensioning. Arm movement is driven by two mechanically linked ball screws via gearboxes and a servo motor. The machine features a hydraulic relief mechanism for the arm-holding screws to reduce load on the ball screw nuts, resulting in increased lifespan. Ball screw-driven arm feed provides precise control over feed speed, particularly at minimal cutting speeds, with feed parameters programmed from the control panel.
The machine is equipped with arm descent speed measurement, displayed on the control panel and integrated with bend control. Band guidance control (bend control) is linked to the arm feed drive; in case of band deviation, feed speed is automatically corrected, and returns to its original value once the deviation is resolved. If the deviation exceeds the set permissible value (bevel cut), the machine stops the cutting process and signals the problem visually (signal lamp).
