Complete pellet production plant.
The plant has an average production capacity of 4.5 t/h of pellets.
The line, installed in Valtellina in the province of Sondrio, is fully equipped with all necessary components for the pelletizing process:

- A section dedicated to the loading of raw material (sawdust or wood chips below G40) and its storage inside a 100 m³ silo.
- A second section dedicated to drying the raw material with a rotary dryer powered by a pellet burner, complete with cyclone bag filter for dust abatement.
- The line also includes a storage station for dry material ready for pelletizing.

- The pelletizing unit is composed of 2 pellet mills rated at 2.5 t/h each, installed in parallel.
- The production line features a cooling and bagging section, ending with a palletizer for finished pallets ready for forklift unloading.

The plant is fully managed by software from a control room, except for the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, and the start-up and shutdown operations of the pellet mills.

The plant comes complete with a certified electrical system. It also includes a reception cabin and a transformer cabin, equipped with switchboards and transformer. Total installed power: 500 kW. Average power consumption: 220 kW.

We are interested both in selling the plant and the company as a whole or a majority stake.

There are renewable contracts with nearby sawmills for the supply of top-quality spruce sawdust. There is also a resale contract for the entire pellet output with a leading Italian distributor. Maintenance, spare parts, support, and expansion contracts are also in place.
