Opis
The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT Code RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed to this capacity by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, issued by the Cluj Specialised Court in file no. 442/1285/2025,
organises a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified herein.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.
In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the purchase price into RON will be made on the date of the fiscal invoice, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The bidding documentation, in order to participate in the auction, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to standard industry practice, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner for 500 RON + VAT. This documentation can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or by phone, after which it will be provided to the participant by e-mail.
The auction participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the final price for the successful bidder and will be refunded to participants who are not successful.
In case of identical bids, the asset will be awarded to the party that undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.
The payment term for the purchase price is 5 working days from the awarding date. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the guarantee advance and will not be able to participate in subsequent auctions.
