The Priam model is a vertical glass drilling machine with two drill spindles (double-sided), developed for customers seeking a functional and easy-to-use unit that is also durable. In designing the machine, we relied on traditional mechanical engineering principles: using heavy, heat-treated steel frames and mechanical solutions to facilitate long-term operation and maintenance. This alternative approach to machine development and manufacturing enables our machine to drill glass for years without malfunctions, guaranteeing an excellent return on your investment.

To ensure the components of our glass drilling machine are manufactured with the utmost care, we produce them in Poland in cooperation with local partners. The main frame of the machine is made in-house, heat-treated, and further processed in local workshops. Therefore, the entire production process remains under our close supervision, so that any defects can be identified and corrected before the product is delivered to our customers. In doing so, we also support the local machinery industry.

Mechanical components are readily available and can be replaced quickly and easily during machine operation.

⦁ 2 drill spindles (front and rear). These allow you to drill through glass sheets in one go—without having to turn them over.

⦁ Electronically controlled loading bar. Simply enter the desired distance between the lower glass edge and the drill hole on the touchscreen, and the machine will automatically adjust its position.

⦁ Quick drill bit change mode. After pressing the drill change button, both spindles are automatically locked (so they can't be rotated). The vertical plate between the drills lowers, creating a large gap between the drill bits. This allows bits to be changed without a wrench and provides ample space for convenient handling.

⦁ Automatic (electronic) drill length and position measurement. After a drill change, the machine calibrates itself: it measures the drill bit length, enabling precise determination of the distance between the glass and each bit tip. This is especially important for small shops focusing on custom, single-hole drilling rather than mass production.

⦁ Automatic (electronic) spindle depth detection. Following automatic spindle calibration and pressing the glass plate, the machine measures the thickness of the glass and automatically adjusts to the optimal spindle depths. The operator simply presses the “Drill” button, and the entire drilling process runs fully automatically.
