Opis

Double-edger and trimming circular saw with electronic control, comprising:

RET straightening and feed table. Chain bed in front of the machine with a liftable and lowerable pressure roller. Laser unit.

DK 90 L 1000: Passage width 1000 mm. Cutting height 125 mm. Feed speed frequency-controlled up to 100 m/min. Automatic roller height adjustment with roller pressure.

Width adjustment is hydraulic, with electronic positioning control offering the following setting options: stepless, 1 cm indexing, and switchable to 2 cm indexing. Cutting width between the flanges 24 - 440 mm.

10 variable preset dimensions, direct input of dimensions in mm. Constant dimension allowance, shrinkage allowance in percent. Splitter wedge pair: 1 x at zero line, 1 x hydraulically adjustable separately, with electronic positioning control.
