Opis

Double edger and trimming circular saw with electronic control comprised of:

Linck curved conveyor for separation of boards and flitches, very robust construction.
RET alignment and feed table. Chain bed in front of the machine with liftable and lowerable pressure roller.
Laser unit.
DK 90 L 1000: Passage width 1000 mm. Cutting height 125 mm.
Feed rate frequency-controlled, up to 100 m/min. Automatic roller height adjustment with roller pressure.
Width adjustment hydraulic, electronic positioning control with the following adjustment options:
Infinitely variable, cm indexing, and switchable to 2 cm indexing. Cutting width between flanges 24 - 440 mm.
10 adjustable fixed dimensions, direct input of dimensions in mm.
Addition for constant measurement, shrinkage allowance as a percentage.
Splitter wedge pair: 1x fixed at centerline, 1x separately hydraulically adjustable, with electronic position control.
Splitter wedge opening 48 - 600 mm. Chain bed on the trim side.
Motor 90 kW with power belt drive. Hydraulic unit.
Chip separator ASV DK II with 2 splitter plates.
Electrical control cabinet with power section and PLC control.
Operator panel. Lath sleeve 403 mm clamping length. Adjustment and zeroing sleeve.
Professionally dismantled and loaded free on truck.
