EVT GIGANT Vapor Degreasing Unit – for Large, Heavy, and Voluminous Components

The unit offered is ideal for reliable removal of oils and oily residues from metal parts using the vapor degreasing process. Thanks to its generously sized work basket, high throughput rates are possible.

Since this version is designed without flooding the work chamber, the amount of solvent required remains relatively low despite the large chamber size – a key advantage in terms of cost-effectiveness and operational expenses.

The freely programmable PLC control enables precise adaptation to a wide range of cleaning and degreasing tasks as well as individual production requirements. Maximum system availability is ensured by the jointly-developed online remote maintenance with SIEMENS and an efficient online support service.

The used machine is in excellent technical condition and can be inspected and tested at our Technology Center in D-75447 Sternenfels by prior arrangement.
