EVERISING P-100C

The Everising P-100C circular saw is designed for high-volume and maximally efficient cutting of steel materials. It is a fully automatic saw equipped with a bar feeder, reducing the machine’s dependence on operator intervention to a minimum. Operation is straightforward and intuitive using a touch screen display. The operator can select from up to one hundred preset programs, which specify diameters, lengths, and cutting conditions, eliminating the need to re-enter cutting parameters for each job.

The saw’s cutting unit is mounted on preloaded linear guides, with the cutting feed driven by a servomotor via a ball screw, ensuring smooth and precise cuts. The saw frame is mounted on beams filled with polymer composite material, which effectively dampens vibrations and increases the blade’s lifespan—unwanted vibrations can significantly affect blade wear.

Included with the circular saw is a 6-meter gravity feed conveyor with magazine. The machine’s construction is deliberately over-engineered, guaranteeing high reliability and long-lasting service life. The clamping system features a robust design with adjustable clamping force, ensuring maximum securing of solid materials and regulated clamping for profile materials to prevent deformation. A vertical clamping vise evens out any curvature in the material being cut, helping to ensure optimal perpendicularity of the cut.

Material feeding is handled by a servomotor and ball screw; the feed vise can travel at up to 60 m/min while maintaining the highest feeding accuracy, delivering the shortest possible cutting cycles. The saw also features optical material detection, ensuring fast and precise material identification on the feeder. Cutting is lubricated with an oil mist system, in which atomized oil and air are applied above the cut to minimize friction and ensure proper blade cooling.
