The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to suit your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility with bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swingarm. Bending operations are initiated by a footswitch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The CNC controller automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
