The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to suit your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with multiple features to ensure simple and safe operation. The sturdy machine design, combined with precise CNC control, provides long-term and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options to be customized to your needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC controller allows convenient operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are started using a foot pedal. In addition to this measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones for the press brake.
