The manufacturer ERMAK offers, with the hydraulic swing beam shear of the HGD series, a robust and durable solution for the economical processing of metal sheets. This compact all-round machine allows you to increase your productivity. The hydraulic swing beam shear model HGD supports you with precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting in your daily operations. Hydraulic hold-downs ensure secure sheet clamping, while the support table with integrated ball rollers guarantees ergonomic and efficient cutting for the operator. The CNC control allows you to select from various sheet types stored in the material library. Once the maximum thickness is chosen, the optimal blade gap is automatically set electro-hydraulically via CNC control, though it can also be manually adjusted. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the control system offers memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
