The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40-400 tonnes to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility with bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with high-precision CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide range of options and accessories to customize it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller allows convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated via a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the user is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC controller.
