The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is a highly versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions ensuring simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and configuration options to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. Operation is simple via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC controller automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
