The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is a highly versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to suit your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be supplied as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions for easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to individually tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables user-friendly operation via touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be comfortably operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. Via the CNC control, the press brake automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
