This compact all-round machine allows you to increase your productivity. The HGS hydraulic swing-beam shear supports you with precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet, combined with the support table fitted with ball rollers, ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. The CNC control enables operation with various sheet types already stored in the material database. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is automatically set electro-hydraulically via CNC control but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can easily be set via the touchscreen. Additionally, the controller offers memory for cutting programs with sequential operations.
