Description:
The BPT 1000 twin-motor long trough vibratory finishing machine from ERBA is ideally suited for ball polishing or processing heavy workpieces. Thanks to its two motors, it can handle particularly heavy processing media and applies the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

It is equipped with a durable, hot-poured polyurethane lining. Emptying and separation are performed via bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Optional dividers can be inserted to section the processing tank into compartments, allowing for individual part processing. The machine features an electrical control cabinet and can be optionally equipped with a fully automatic PLC process control system. The motor speed can be continuously adjusted by a frequency converter (optional).
