Emmegi Trimmer 2A

Trimmer 2A is a CNC cleaning machine for PVC frame corners, featuring two interpolated axes and automatic cycle. When properly configured, it can check the dimensions of the workpiece. Equipped with a 275 mm diameter blade, it allows, through various machining programs, the cleaning of the external corner of different profiles. Trimmer 2A is also fitted with upper and lower units with knives for cleaning seams, as well as upper and lower units with knives for cleaning internal corners. The cleaning of internal and external corners can be completed using the upper and lower drilling/milling units, designed for cleaning corners or gasket seats. The working units can be programmed independently via a CNC PC, which controls the profile programming and the machine operation, either manually or automatically.
