The longitudinal jointing machine enables perfect splicing of two veneer sheets in a single operation, using a patented glue application system.

This machine is equipped with two tanks for the mass application of glue. This innovation ensures high-quality, premium joint finishes, as the adhesive is simultaneously applied to both edges to be joined.

The advantages of this glue application process are:
1. Increased working speed (the machine can reach speeds of 35–40 m/min, depending on wood type).
2. If, for any reason, glue is not applied to one of the two edges, a secure joint is still achieved, since glue is applied to the opposite edge.
3. Highly durable joints are achieved by applying glue to both edges, as the two sheets are bonded glue-to-glue, rather than glue-to-wood.
