1. Highly precise, fully automatic screen printing machine that positions the material with a registration accuracy of 0.03 - 0.05 mm.
An integrated sensor detects the edge and/or a print mark, positioning the screen with an accuracy of 0.02 mm relative to the sheet or print mark.
Printing is performed roll-to-roll with unwinder and rewinder units.
The machine features integrated UV curing as well as hot air drying up to 160°C.

2. Welded steel frame and highly dynamic servo axes for maximum precision and smooth operation.

3. The print table is made of cast aluminum with a flatness tolerance of ±0.1 mm per meter.

4. All guides are hardened linear guides for long service life.

5. An integrated, electronically controlled pneumatic squeegee pressure equalization system (optional), acting directly on the individual squeegee holders, is capable of compensating even the smallest irregularities in the substrate.
