Unique ‘2 in 1’ Concept
The swiveling head of the UFM 125 can be set at almost any angle and, in addition to conventional face and end milling tasks, enables the machining of fitting surfaces and slots in difficult spatial positions.

For face milling of large workpiece surfaces, the machine can be quickly converted into a horizontal milling machine (horizontal spindle on the swiveling head) with just a few simple steps.

Thanks to its high drive power of 2,200 watts, the machine is suitable for face milling cutter diameters up to 125 mm. The machine comes equipped with automatic cross table feed for the X and Y axes, as well as a rapid traverse on the Z axis for fast table positioning. 11 speed levels and 9 feed rates provide sufficient flexibility for optimizing cutting speed.

Central lubrication of the guideways ensures quick readiness, and an integrated coolant system with tank in the machine base are particularly advantageous features.

The UFM 125 is ideally suited for single-part and small series production.
