✔️ Booth construction

The powder booth is designed for manual application of powder coating in an electrostatic field. The spray booth is constructed from powder-coated galvanized steel sheet.

The interior and exterior of the booth structure are coated with electrostatic powder paint [RAL 7024 MX - RAL 7047].

All components of the powder booth can be easily assembled with screw connections and, if desired, easily disassembled.

✔️Suction System

This system prevents powder from escaping the booth and causing environmental contamination during the coating process. The extraction system is specially designed for each booth to ensure optimal extraction performance.

The suction system ensures that staff applying the powder coating are not affected by the paint.

✔️Filtration System

Dust particles in the air extracted by the fans are retained in the booth by fleece filters for long-lasting filtration, and filtered air is discharged through the exhaust stack.

The filters separate the powder from the air by forcing the powder/air mixture through a filter layer that retains dust but allows air to pass, directing it through the outer side of the filter.

As filtration continues, dust accumulates outside the filter, increasing dust retention efficiency. Filter size: 330x1000, filtration area 9-10 m2.

✔️Powder Recovery

Powder applied inside the booth is collected in the powder compartment at the bottom and can be manually reused.

Optionally, instead of the booth compartment, an automatic powder sieve can be installed. This sieve collects the powder with a vibrating motor and feeds it directly to the spray gun.

✔️Conveyor or Suspension

The booth can be integrated into rail conveyor systems. For models with eyelets, products can be guided into the booth using a suspension device. Standard models include a 360-degree rotatable and movable suspension device.
