Function description:
The hot knife system enables precise and clean separation of film from the sheet edge after lamination, regardless of material type. The integrated Scatec correction laser continuously monitors sheet position and automatically adjusts the cutting alignment, ensuring perfect film registration relative to the print edge. This solution minimizes errors and increases process consistency, even at high production speeds.
