The custom-built PUR perfect binder is a specialized binding machine designed for precise and efficient bookbinding. Manufactured by Eigenbau, this machine features a glue binding mechanism using PUR adhesive (polyurethane reactive adhesive), which ensures a permanent and high-quality bond. The machine accommodates a format of 100 mm and is currently available from stock. It is located in Germany, and pricing is available upon request. Delivery terms are FCA (Free Carrier), meaning the seller delivers goods cleared for export to the carrier designated by the buyer.

Key features of the Eigenbau perfect binder include a centering function for accurate alignment, a heated roller for optimal adhesive application, and a miniature circular saw for precise trimming. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a paper unwinding mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller) for automatic operation. For an additional EUR 1,500, an optional INATEC BS 25002 PUR system is available to further enhance the binding process. The machine comes with an infeed station that includes a lifting platform for efficient material handling.
