Stainless steel construction (AISI 316L / 1.4404, partly 1.4435), high-gloss polished product-contacting surfaces
CIP & SIP-capable, sterile design with BIOCONNECT flange connections (NEUMO)
Format: 377 × 400 mm filter sheets (0.12 m² per sheet)
Hydraulic closing mechanism with 4-stage control for cleaning, sterilization, filtration & opening

Unit 2: 3.36 m² filtration area (expandable to 4.80 m²), 6.72 L solids volume, 28 sheets, also stainless steel, expandable
Unit 3: Technically identical to unit 1, but with additional fittings & riser pipes pre-assembled (GEMÜ diaphragm valves, sight glasses, pressure gauges)
