Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most affordable option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

With this model, only the application and removal of the film must still be performed manually. Weighing in at 600 kg, the machine is sturdily built and designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height.

The speed of both the turntable and the film carriage can be individually adjusted, as can the mechanical brake, allowing you to perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet height detection is included, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles. You can choose from wrapping programs such as "up only," "up & down" (cross-wrapping), and "weatherproof" wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required.

If you need to relocate the wrapper temporarily, it can easily be lifted and moved with a forklift using integrated fork slots.

Optional equipment includes a drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packaged goods or black film.
