The model is solidly built, weighing 600 kg, and is designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. With adjustable speeds for both the turntable and the film carriage, as well as the mechanical brake, you can easily tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection is included as standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. You can choose between "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross-wrapping), or "weatherproof" wrapping programs. Manual operation is also possible if required. If you need to move the wrapper to a different location, it can be easily lifted and relocated with a forklift via integrated cut-outs. Optionally available are a drive-on ramp and a photoelectric sensor for detecting dark packages or black film. The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you want to convert from manual to automatic pallet wrapping with minimum investment.
