The CR16A features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also incorporates a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.

Greater Possibilities with High Payload and Large Radius
The CR16A offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates with greater stability, and residual vibrations are reduced by 50% during rapid emergency stops.

24 Interface Ports for Enhanced Flexibility
The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, allowing seamless integration with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN switching, enabling easy application expansion.

High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration
Both the robot housing and control unit achieve the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety feature that reduces end tool drop height in the event of a power failure.
