Opis
The automatic DENN spinning machine enables both metal spinning and flow forming operations. Both processes use precision rollers to shape the workpiece by applying pressure to a high-speed rotating part. Flow forming differs by forming the workpiece through individual roller passes along the mandrel, allowing for components with consistent wall thickness and a more homogeneous surface finish.
The machine’s robust frame houses all essential components with top technical specifications, including a heavy-duty and reliable bed, a hydraulic tailstock, and a headstock with an integrated part ejector. State-of-the-art control elements ensure comprehensive operator-machine interaction.
The NTR 130/50 spinning machine is offered with extensive equipment, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller, and trimming tools. Throughout its use, the machine has only clocked 1,323 operating hours. The total weight of the machine is approximately 9,000 kg.
