A mesh prevents larger items (cardboard, bags) from falling into the feed chute and eliminates the need for a vibrating unit, though one can be installed if required.

Easy to use and transport. Prevents the formation of 'hedgehogs' in the concrete.

Suitable for use in concrete plants and on construction sites, where reinforcement, fibers, and plasticizers are fed directly into the concrete mixer. Easy to transport.

Consists of: a fan on wheels, a 5.5 kW/400 V motor and a mesh for placing the reinforcement, a conveying pipe with 14 cm diameter (two-piece pipe for easier transport), two 90-degree bends and a terminal elbow, plus two rods to support the pipe.

The dispenser is built from numerous durable sections that can be easily disassembled but offer high robustness. Should damage or wear occur, any part can be replaced quickly and cost-effectively. Despite this, the system remains extremely rigid. Where possible, we have standardized the connections with identical flanges: in practice, only two types of flanges are used – one for pipes (round), the other rectangular for connecting individual machine sections.

NOW WE PRODUCE PIPES AND ELBOWS from 3.8 mm thick steel.

Pipes and bends can be rotated in various directions using a multi-hole flange.

Additional wheels (available separately) allow the dispenser to be relocated without disconnecting hoses, making the unit easy to move.

Two wheel options – adjustable height or fixed height.

We have also widened the wheelbase for improved machine stability.

We also offer permanent installation of the dispenser inside production halls.

The high efficiency fan (5.5 kW/400V) ensures versatile usage and allows material transport over longer distances.

Loading a concrete mixer requires approximately 3 minutes with two operators.

An external vibrator can be installed at the base of the inlet, but it is not required during normal operation.
