We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, designed for the transport of bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, as well as conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granules, sand, abrasive powders including corundum, and also steel fibre reinforcement for concrete mixers or batching plants.

Our systems can also be used for aeration of various materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and more.

They are ideal for supplying fresh air to production halls, poultry houses, and barns. Additionally suitable for extraction of smoke, dust, or harmful welding gases. Flexible pipes can be used as required.

High-performance blower equipped with a 5.5 kW/400V motor. Robust, sectional design made of high-grade steel; pipes and bends are manufactured from 3.6 mm thick steel, ensuring reliable transport of even the most challenging materials while maintaining exceptional durability. We are also able to supply both light and heavy-duty flexible hoses for transport of the above-mentioned materials. These machines can easily move materials over long distances (the actual distance depends on the specific material). The high blower capacity enables both horizontal and vertical conveyance.

We have extensive manufacturing experience. Upon request, components or the entire system can be supplied in STAINLESS STEEL (including pipes), or galvanized finish.

In the standard version, we supply only the blower unit, fitted with a flanged outlet for connecting various pipes. We manufacture pipes and bends made of 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2800 rpm (OPTION: model with wide-range electronic speed control, available from stock). Using speed controllers for three-phase motors offers many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque control, and increased system efficiency. Furthermore, they reduce energy losses, positively affecting production efficiency.

The blower is very efficient. The machine features modular, easily replaceable segments (fastened with M8 bolts) which are always in stock, allowing for extensive versatility of use.

Individual modules can also be purchased separately (e.g., blower only). We can customise the design to meet the client’s requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (one person can easily move it), and it can be carried in a small car, van, or trailer. It is also simple to assemble and operate. We also supply additional wheels to facilitate mobility (two types available).
