We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, designed for transporting bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, and also for conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granulate, sand, abrasive powders (including corundum), and even steel fiber reinforcement for concrete mixers or concrete plants.

High-performance blower with a 5.5 kW/400V motor, a robust segmental design made from high-grade steel, with pipes and bends manufactured from 3.6 mm thick steel, allowing transport of even the most demanding materials while ensuring long durability. We also supply light and heavy-duty flexible hoses for the above-mentioned materials. The machine easily transports materials over long distances (distance depends on the type of material). The high output of the blower allows for both horizontal and vertical transport. We have gained extensive experience in production.

On request, we can manufacture some or all parts—including pipes—in STAINLESS STEEL or galvanized version.

We apply the Kaizen method in our manufacturing process.
Kaizen, meaning "change for the better" (in Japanese, "kai" means change, and "zen" means for the better), is a philosophy and management method that emphasizes continuous improvement of company processes and operations.

In the standard version, we sell only the blower with a flanged outlet to connect various pipes. We manufacture pipes and bends from 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed is 2800 rpm. (OPTION: Large adjustable electronic speed control—available from stock). Using three-phase motor speed controllers brings many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque control, and increased overall system efficiency. Additionally, they reduce energy losses, positively impacting production output. High-efficiency blower. The machine is constructed from segments that are easily replaceable (bolted with M8 screws), which we always keep in stock. This provides great versatility for various applications.

Individual modules can also be purchased separately (e.g., blower only). We can adapt the design to customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (one person can easily move it), and it can be transported even in a small car, van, or trailer. Assembly and operation are simple. We also manufacture additional transport wheels (two types available).
