organizes a public auction with ascending bid, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on: 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026 under the same conditions, at the same time and place.

For viewing the asset, a viewing day is scheduled for 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00, to be set by the judicial liquidator. Interested parties must contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In case of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated asset(s). The price conversion into lei will be made on the date of the tax invoice at the BNR exchange rate valid on that day.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender book, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with prevailing practice, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner for a fee of 500 RON + VAT. It may be purchased at the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
The bid bond is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction at the liquidator’s office. The bid bond will be deducted from the purchase price for winning bidders and refunded to participants who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal prices, the winning bidder will be the one who undertakes to pay the total price in the shortest possible time.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the adjudication. Failure to pay the full remaining price will result in loss of the advance paid as a guarantee and exclusion from subsequent auctions.
