- the trough box, 6 mm thick, grade St 37-2 with reinforcements
- the bolted-in drive console, stress-relieved annealed and machined
- the bolted special outlet with flange collar including 2 outlets approx. 600 mm wide
- the screwed-in wear plates for floor and sides, 8 and 6 mm thick respectively, made from wear-resistant special steel (e.g. Hardox 450 or equivalent)
- the two steps: 1st step approx. 400 mm high after approx. 1500 mm conveying distance; 2nd step approx. 200 mm high after further approx. 1250 mm conveying distance
- the acceleration sensor
- the hollow rubber springs
- the support structure for a trough bottom height of approx. 1800 mm

Drive system:
2 vibration motors, 400 V, 50 Hz, IP 65, rated power ~ 2 x 7.5 kW = ~ 15.0 kW at 960 rpm.
