Proven technology – in use for decades
With this generation of loaders, material feed is handled by the loading magazine. CMSP/CMSPF bar loading magazines are mounted on rails, allowing them to be quickly and easily detached from the machine via the quick-release mechanism at any time.

These magazines do not require guide tubes on the machine and are directly bolted to the machine. Operation is possible in both automatic and manual modes.

The magazine is rail-mounted for effortless detachment by the operator via the release mechanism. To change the bar diameter, only the magazine collets need to be replaced.

The centering unit automatically adjusts to the new diameter. It dampens all types of vibrations during machining (suitable for round, square, and hexagonal material!) and prevents the bar from bowing within the channel. This allows for high-speed machining, including with larger diameters.

Quick retooling for the next workpiece diameter and a significant reduction in vibrations due to the proven double-centering system are just two of the many advantages of this system.
