APPLICATIONS
The single-shaft shredders of the Q-series are suitable for processing nearly all types of plastics. The machines shred production scrap, pipes, automotive parts, and blow-moulded materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, containers, or buckets. In addition, materials such as wood, paper, and cardboard can also be shredded without difficulty.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Q-series are single-shaft shredders equipped with a powerful hydraulic horizontal pusher in an inclined arrangement. The machine is highly versatile and can be used for shredding all kinds of material, making it suitable for various industries. The rotors have a diameter of 400 mm and a width from 600 to 1700 mm, powered by a low-speed, high-torque gearbox drive. The hydraulic unit is well integrated into the machine housing, saving space and protecting it from damage, but is still easily accessible or removable for maintenance.

ADVANTAGES
» The cutter crowns are concave-ground four-edged knives, delivering high-quality performance. The knives can be rotated when one edge becomes worn. Easily removable screen for quick access to the rotor and for screen replacement.
