General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting (ram + cushion) working principle for high-tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 sliding guides ensures high rigidity, stable parallelism, and long die life even with large table sizes during pressing operations.

The CHSP 800/270 model, featuring an 800-ton main ram and a 270-ton cushion capacity, has been developed specifically for processes in automotive, white goods, defense industry, and heavy sheet metal forming that require controlled material flow. The steel construction frame stress-relieved by vibration provides long-lasting and reliable operation.
