General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting design for controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming operations. The 8-gibbed H-frame construction ensures maximum rigidity throughout the pressing cycle, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently along the full stroke length.

The CHSP 600/200 model, featuring a 600-ton main ram and a 200-ton lower blankholder (cushion), is designed to provide full control over both die and workpiece during high-tonnage deep drawing and forming operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long service life and reliable operation.
