General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow during sheet forming, deep drawing, and metal forming applications. Thanks to its 8-gib H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing cycle; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained over the full stroke.

The CHSP 500/175 model is designed to provide precise control over dies and workpieces in high-tonnage deep drawing and forming applications, with a 500-ton main ram and a 175-ton cushion (blankholder) capacity. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure durable and reliable operation over a long service life.
