General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and flow forming applications. The H-frame structure with 8 guideways ensures maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and flow forming operations, featuring a main ram capacity of 250 tons and a lower cushion (pot) capacity of 80 tons. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration for long-lasting and reliable operation.
