General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming applications. Thanks to the 8-guided H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is maintained during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently upheld throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model is specially engineered for precise and repeatable deep drawing operations, with a 150-ton main ram and a 50-ton cushion (die cushion) capacity. The frame construction undergoes stress-relieving via vibration, ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.
