General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 60/20 ton four-post hydraulic deep drawing press is a robust and compact solution designed for precise metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The four-post construction ensures stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained throughout the pressing process.

The frame is manufactured from St52 grade steel and undergoes stress relief treatment via vibration. The ram and blankholder systems are independently controllable; stroke and pressure adjustments can be set precisely via the touchscreen panel.

Outfitted with REXROTH or PARKER brand hydraulic components, IE3 class motors, and an automatic lubrication system, it offers long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. Operator errors are minimized with its PLC-controlled system.

This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale spinning, deep drawing, die testing, and auxiliary pressing applications.
