Plasma-Oxyfuel Cutting Machine ZZ 1500x3000 – Specification

The ZZ 1500x3000 CNC plasma or oxyfuel cutting machine is a mobile device designed for contour cutting of components from sheet metal. The machine does not require anchoring to the floor, significantly reducing installation time. Additionally, it can be installed anywhere in the workshop without the need for expensive foundations.

The machine is equipped with a high-quality drive system, which, combined with the lightweight gantry, makes this plotter one of the fastest machines available on the market. The machine can be used both for manual and automated cutting. It features a digital controller that allows cutting of complex shapes. This CNC plasma plotter model performs exceptionally well in shipbuilding, machinery, and power industries. Precision rail systems are used on the X and Y axes.

Operation of the cutting machine is controlled by a Sino-USA electronic control system known for its high accuracy and for eliminating operational errors. The machine is very easy to program: manual programming is possible for simple shapes; automatic programming is available for more complex figures. The display shows the cutting pattern as well as the torch movement in real time.

For easy programming, the machine comes with original FastCAM software. The software is in Polish, making the work process even easier.

FastCAM is a CAD/CAM technological program used for designing and defining cutting paths for components processed on CNC cutters. The software is installed in the office on a desktop or laptop. Once the cutting method is defined, the ready control code is generated and transferred to the machine’s control unit. FastCAM is a standard part of our machine equipment.

Plasma-Oxyfuel Cutting Machine ZZ 1500x3000 – Key Information:

TORCH HEIGHT CONTROLLER:

The machine is equipped with THC (torch height control) for plasma cutting. Precise adjustment (+/- 0.1mm) of torch-to-sheet distance during cutting. High accuracy and free of the drawbacks of capacitive sensors and roller guide wheels. Parameters are automatically retrieved from the Automatic Cutting Parameters Selection Table.
