The Q20-5 electric pallet truck is a low-lift device designed exclusively for horizontal pallet transport, and therefore does not require supervision by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). This means it does not need to be registered with the UDT or obtain a decision permitting operation, and its operation does not require UDT certification. As a result, the Q20-5 electric pallet jack can be used without additional formalities, which significantly simplifies deployment in daily warehouse or production facility operations.

The Q20-5 electric pallet truck operates quietly and with zero emissions, making it ideal for indoor use and for areas where a low noise level is required.
