Product Description:

The primary goal in developing the Q12E16 electric stacker was to create a work tool that allows for both loading and unloading goods in confined spaces. For this reason, we opted for compact dimensions and a lifting capacity of up to 1,200 kg, enabling efficient operation where other machines struggle to maneuver. We additionally equipped the stacker with a maximum lift height of 1,600 mm and two operation modes: fast and turtle mode.

The enhanced rigidity and stability during lifting translates directly to operator safety and easy transportation of challenging loads, thanks to its robust construction made of high-quality steel—extending machine lifetime. A safety cut-off switch is essential for the protection of both the operator and the equipment.

We do not require scheduled inspections during the warranty period, meaning our Q12E16 device is not only reliable but also economical to maintain. All these features result in efficient and safe operation.

The AGM battery is characterized by lower self-discharge compared to traditional lead-acid batteries, meaning the Q12E16 stacker is ready to work immediately after charging. Furthermore, the AGM battery is sealed, eliminating the risk of acid leakage and making transport and maintenance much easier. We chose this solution due to its greater resistance to extreme temperatures, shocks, and vibrations.

The built-in charger allows you to recharge the battery wherever there is access to a standard power outlet. This enables the operator to charge the battery during breaks or while transporting the unit, allowing for continuous and efficient operation. The LED battery charge indicator keeps the operator informed of the current battery level, so the battery can be charged at the right time to ensure consistent and effective use. In addition, the Q12E16 stacker is equipped with an emergency belly button stop, protecting the operator from dangerous situations such as the stacker moving towards them.
