A refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the airflow. Refrigeration dryers are essential in applications where moist air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machines, or products. By removing moisture, the dryer enhances the reliability and durability of compressed air systems.
The refrigerated dryer is engineered for maximum efficiency and durability. Key structural components include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
In the first stage of the process, incoming air passes through the heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the cooler air exiting the evaporator. The use of a counterflow design allows for efficient heat recovery, increasing the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration circuit evaporator

In the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This causes the condensation of water vapor and oil particles present in the air.

4. Fan control system
The variable speed fan technology enables intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity according to actual demand, which reduces energy consumption and increases the service life of the components.
