Construction and technology

The machine is built on a heavy-duty cast iron and steel frame, ensuring high rigidity and minimal vibration during operation. The H500SA double-column bandsaw is equipped with a 7.1 kW main motor and an independent hydraulic unit. The frame is tilted at a 3° angle to the working surface, improving cutting efficiency of profiles and structural shapes.

The blade is guided by carbide insert guides and roller bearings, guaranteeing perfect blade tracking. The moveable guide head adjusts to the material width, enhancing stability and reducing blade wear.

Precision and performance

Hydraulically controlled arm descent with stepless pressure adjustment allows for optimal parameter selection based on the material being cut. The control panel with LCD display enables programming of cut lengths and quantities, as well as monitoring operating parameters. The machine automatically indicates end of material, faults, and cutting progress.
