The material can be fed manually or with any mechanical feeder, with automatic tool feed. The band guides are equipped with dedicated carbide plates and bearings, significantly improving blade guidance, service life, cut straightness, accuracy, and cut quality. The machine arm is made of profiled cast iron. The control panel is located next to the arm. Power transmission from the electric motor to the driving wheel is via a worm gear motor. The saw blade is tensioned across two cast iron wheels using a manual tensioner and guided by an adjustable rolling and linear carbide guide set. A separate coolant tank with an electric pump is located inside the machine. Arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is regulated hydraulically. Feed speed is controlled from the control panel. Two cutting blade speeds can be selected: 36 and 72 m/min. In the arm rest position (after completion of the cutting process), the blade drive is automatically switched off. Safety is ensured by saw blade covers and microswitches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or when any covers are opened; additional safety is provided by automatic shutdown of the saw in case of blade breakage.
