Electric mandrel-free tube bending machine. A precise and efficient machine for bending steel, copper, aluminum, and brass pipes. The ability to select the optimal bending radius ensures high-quality results without material deformation. The presented tube bender is very easy to operate. Tube bending machines are used for single-piece and small-series production of components in the automotive, furniture, and architectural industries, as well as in the manufacturing of gardening tools. The main bending die is driven via a reduction gearbox and an electric motor. The device can operate in two modes: manual and semi-automatic. A simple and robust construction ensures long-term, trouble-free operation.
