THE PRACTICAL HAND TUBE BENDER:

The compact, mobile design allows for precise and consistently repeatable bending operations in a bench vice. Operation is performed via a screw-in handle. A lockable setting ring ensures consistent, repeatable bending angles. The easily exchangeable plug-in tool system makes tool changes straightforward. The 'stationary tube and rotating tool' principle enables bending with minimal space requirements. For thin-walled tubes, slide shoes are used for crease-free bending, enabling the production of bends with minimal deformation from materials such as stainless steel and copper tubes. The optional hexagonal drive version allows, in addition to vice operation, the use of the drive force from the 3000 and 6000 bending systems. The KBV can simply be mounted onto the machine’s bending shaft for this purpose.
