As-new container office made up of 3x 20-foot containers from Containex (office container with 40 m² floor space).

Location: Waldhambach, in the Alsace region of eastern France, 45 km from Saarland. If the container office is transferred to Germany, the purchase price is tax-free, as this qualifies as an intra-community supply exempt from VAT.

Very little used, in excellent condition. Purchased new and installed in April 2023. Ideally designed, for example, as a reception office for truck deliveries/dispatch on industrial premises.
The container office has two entrance doors: one entrance on the left side intended for visitors and suppliers, leading to a reception room with a reception desk and a toilet.
The second entrance is for staff and leads to the staff office, also with a reception desk on the right side. Behind the desk, there are two workstations. Opposite is a third workstation with the reception desk for visitors/suppliers.
Commercial discretion between the reception area for visitors/suppliers and the staff area is ensured by a lockable internal door.
There is also a meeting room/dining area adjoining the staff area, equipped with a fitted kitchen. Option to take over furniture and electrical appliances (Delonghi coffee machine, Liebherr refrigerator, microwave).
