The COLUMBUS Infinity is a specialized vacuum press system designed for applications requiring particularly long usable surfaces. The machine can be configured to the customer’s requested length and is especially suitable for special laminations, long workpieces, and high-throughput series applications. The Infinity principle, which gives the system its name, allows for very efficient extension of the usable length. Combined with the rolling membrane system and multi-zone vacuum extraction, this machine offers high flexibility and precise vacuum control. Only the part of the working area that is actually being used is evacuated, saving energy and allowing for superior process control.
