INFINITY – the Vacuum Pressing System in Custom Lengths

The Columbus INFINITY is a new and groundbreaking vacuum pressing system that can be engineered in any length specified by the user upon request.

The proprietary and eponymous Infinity Principle allows the working area to be extended almost indefinitely with regard to length, in an extremely cost-effective manner. This principle is implemented in every individual component of the system. The INFINITY provides both maximum flexibility and highest efficiency: while the Infinity vacuum table and rolling membrane system deliver infinite scalability, the multi-zone extraction ensures maximum control. Thanks to this feature, only the section of the working area currently in use is vacuumized.

INFINITY is ideal for users who require an unlimited working area for a wide range of specialized pressing applications with maximum yield volume.

Version/Features:
Length and width according to customer requirements.
Table substructure made of robust, welded steel construction, with adjustable leveling feet. The tabletop is made from a 21 mm thick birch plywood with phenolic resin coating.
A 15 mm wide vacuum groove is milled into the table surface to seal the membrane.
The membrane is wound onto a reel and is manually unrolled across the table surface using a very smooth linear carriage.
Patented vacuum buffer tank integrated in the table frame.
The vacuum pump has a capacity of 100 m³/h.
The table surface features multiple vacuum grooves, divided into several suction zones.
